摘    要:目的分析泌尿系感染病原菌的分布及耐药性特点,为临床选用抗菌药物提供依据。方法对医院2007年10月至2009年9月间,住院及门诊泌尿系感染患者尿培养分离出的286株病原菌进行鉴定和耐药分析。结果在分离的286株病原菌中,革兰阴性菌占67.8%,革兰阳性菌占32.2%;革兰阴性菌以大肠埃希菌为主,革兰阳性菌以肠球菌属为主;产ESBLs大肠埃希菌检出率为34%,革兰阴性菌总的产酶率为26.3%;细菌对各种抗菌药物有不同程度的耐药率,表现为多重耐药。结论分析泌尿系感染病原菌的分布及耐药性,对于控制耐药菌株传播、指导临床更加合理地应用抗菌药物具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the pathogenic bacteria's distribution and their drug resistance in urinary system infection,and to provide the information for choosing suitable antibiotic. Methods The pathogens from the urine specimens were isolated and cultured from the patients in hospital from Oct 2007 to Sep 2009. The total 286 strains of pathogens were identified and the drug resistance was analyzed. Results In the 286 strains of bacteria,67. 8% were Gram-negative and 32. 2% were Grm-positive. Most of Gram-negative bacteria were Escherichia and most of Grm-positive bacteria were Enterococcus. 34% of Escherichia produced ESBLs and the total rate of producing ESBLs was 26. 3%. The bacteria showed different antibiotic resistance rate and multi-drug resistance. Conclusion It's very important for making the clinical use of antibiotic more reasonable and controlling drug resistance strains transmission.
