| 摘 要： | 目的 总结分析石英纤维桩树脂核全冠修复的临床效果.方法 选择合适病例,对经过完善根管治疗的40例共98颗牙齿,使用石英纤维桩树脂核,制做全冠(95例全瓷冠),观察3～24个月,评价临床修复效果.结果 出现桩松动1颗,冠松动1颗,牙龈红肿2颗,其余94颗牙未出现冠修复体颜色改变,无冠折、根折及冠或桩的松动,医患双方对修复效果满意.结论 纤维桩具有美观、不易发生根折的优点,但其长期的效果有待进一步观察.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical application of crowns with fiber-based post and resin core system.Methods A total of 98 teeth in 40 cases were chosen and restored with fiber-based post,resin core system and then fabricated with the crowns(95 crowns restored by all-ceramic).The clinical results were investigated 3 to 24 months after restoration.Results One case of post dislocation,1 case of crown dislocation,2 cases of gingivitis were found.Color change,fracture of crown or root and dislocation of crown or root did not happen in other 94 teeth.Patients were satisfied with the clinical performance.Conclusion Fiber-based post and resin core system has the advantages of aesthetics and less root fracture,but its long-term results need further study. |
