肝胆管囊腺瘤与囊腺癌的临床病理观察

目的 探讨肝内胆管囊腺瘤及囊腺癌的临床病理特点. 方法 复习2005年1月至2009年12月我院收治的3例患者的病理切片,采用相应抗体进行免疫组织化学SP法染色观察,并结合文献资料加以讨论. 结果 3例患者均表现腹部包块和腹痛,病理检查1例为胆管囊腺瘤;2例为囊腺癌,分别为浸润型和非浸润型.免疫组织化学CK（AE1/AE3）、CK7、CK20、CA19-9及CEA均不同程度表达.术后平均随访12个月,患者一般情况良好. 结论 正确诊断胆管囊腺瘤和囊腺癌对临床治疗和预后的判断有重要指导意义.

Clinical and pathologic charactoristics of liver biliary cystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma

Objective To research the clinical pathological features of biliary cystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma of the liver. Methods Three cases of biliary cystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma of the liver were analyzed retrospectively.Immunohistochemical study(sp method)was performed. Results All of three patients had abdominal mass and pain.Two cases were cystadenocarcinoma(invasive and noninvasive)and one was cystadenoma in pathology diagnosis.Immunohistochemically,these tumor cells showed positive CK(AE1/AE3),CK7,CK20,CA19-9 and CEA.Three cases were followed up for about 12 months and the patients were well. Conclusions Correct diagnosis of cystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma is important for clinical treatment and prognostication.
