| 摘 要： | 本文对111例乳癌病人进行不核素全身骨显像,结果表明34例骨转移病人,骨显像检出率为97％,X线检出率为67.6％。骨显像能一次检出全身骨所有异常病灶,且比X线提前发现无症状转移灶,是一种简便、灵敏、准确的检查方法。将全身骨显像列为乳癌根治术前后的常规检查方法,对乳癌骨转移的早期诊断,治疗及预后观察具有重要临床价值。

| Abstract: | We have studied the result of whole body bone imaging in 111 breast cancer patients. It was found that the positive rale of bone imaging in 3-1 cases with bone metastasis was 97% campared with 67. 6% by bone roentgenography. Hone imaging has the advantage of screening all metastatic foci at a time and founding the focus earlier than bone roent genugraphy. We came to ihe conclusion thai bone imaging is a simple, convenient,and sensitive method,and it should be used as a routine clinical examination before and after the patienl undergoes operation. Iso topic bone imaging will contribute to early diagnosis,treatment .and following up of breast cancer patents. |
