摘    要:规避多胎妊娠风险较好的方法是选择性单胚胎移植,同时冷冻保存剩余胚胎。囊胚的培养和移植在生理学上与子宫内膜同步性最大,因此大部分学者认为囊胚培养和冷冻尤为重要,特别是冷冻后选择囊胚腔扩展起来的囊胚移植。目前评估胚胎主要依靠形态学评估方法。本中心囊胚形成率为53.35%。

Abstract:A good strategy to avoid multiple pregnancies is single embryo transfer (SET), with spare embryos frozen. A optimal embryo-uterine synchrony could be allowed by the procedures of blastocyst culture and transfer. Therefore, more scholars believe that blastocyst culture and vitrification are very important. The selection of frozen-thawed blastocyst should be depended on blastocyst expansion after vitrification/thawing. The morphology and cleavage rate are currently used indicators in many centers for the embryo assessment.
