鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正的临床研究

目的探讨鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正的手术方法、术后疗效以及与慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的关系。方法327例患者行鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正治疗,伴有慢性鼻炎、鼻窦炎、鼻息肉等患者一并接受手术治疗。结果 327例患者均获得满意的矫正效果,鼻通气、嗅觉功能明显改善,鼻塞、头痛、流涕等症状消失,术后随访3个月～24个月,均未出现鼻腔粘连、鼻中隔穿孔、鼻梁塌陷等。治愈266例（81.3%）,好转61例（18.7%）;伴有慢性鼻炎、鼻窦炎、鼻息肉等一并同时手术后半年内无复发,窦口开放良好。结论鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术不仅可以矫正偏曲的鼻中隔,同时还可以完成慢性鼻炎、鼻窦炎、鼻息肉等手术治疗,无需二次手术。患者痛苦少,疗效显著,不良反应小,医疗费用低,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical research for nasal septum correctional by nasal endoscopic

Objective To study the operation techniques and outcomes of endoscopic septoplasty and their relation to chronic nose- nasosinusitis. Methods 327 cases of nasal septum deviation treated by nasal endoscopy were retrospectively analyzed and the patients combined with chronic rhinitis, sinusitis, nasal polyps.Results 327 eases showed satisfactory correction effect, nasal ventilation, olfactory function was improved, sinus headache and runny nose symptoms disappeared, after a follow-up of 3 months ~24 months, there were no adhesion of nasal cavity, nasal septal perforation, bridge collapse and other symptoms. 266 eases （81.3% ） were cured, 61 eases （18.7% ）got improved. The patients combined with chronic rhinitis, sinusitis, nasal polyps, which were operated together at the same time within the half a year, no recurrence happened after operation, the sinus open well.Conclusion Nasal endoscopic submueous resection of nasal septum deviation of nasal septum could be corrected, and could also finish the chronic rhinifis, sinusitis, nasal polyp operation treatment, without the second operation, the patients had less pain, obvious curative effect, less adverse reactions, the medical cost was low, which was worthy of application.
