翼状胬肉切除联合丝裂霉素C疗效观察

目的探讨翼状胬肉切除联合应用丝裂霉素C（MMC）治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法 36例（40眼）原发性翼状胬肉患者在手术显微镜下分离球结膜与病变组织,切除胬肉组织,在结膜下放置0.2 mg/mL的丝裂霉素C棉片,彻底冲洗,将球结膜固定到浅层巩膜上,角膜缘裸露3 mm×4 mm。结果术后随访6个月～24个月,术后2眼复发,复发率5%。结论翼状胬肉显微手术切除联合应用丝裂霉素C,术后复发率低,是一种安全有效的方法。

Efficacy of pterygium excision combining with Mitomycin C

Objective Explore the efficacy of pterygium using pterygium excision combined with mitomycin C （MMC）.Methods 36 patients （40 eyes） were operated, separation bulbar conjunetiva and diseased tissue, excision of pterygium tissue under the operating microscope, 0.2 mg/mL mitomycin C cotton pad placed under the conjunetiva, rinse thoroughly, conjunctiva ball fixed to the superficial scleral limbus bare 3 rnm ~ 4 mm. Results The patients are followed up for 6 months to 24 months, two eyes recurrence after surgery, the recurrence rate is 5%. Conclusion Pterygium mierosurgical resection of the joint application of mitomycin C, the recurrence rate is low, and it＇s a safe and effective method.
