冠心病患者介入治疗前后血管内皮生长因子的变化及其临床意义

摘    要:目的检测冠心病患者介入治疗前后血管内皮生长因子的动态变化并探讨其临床意义。方法150例冠心病患者分别于介入治疗前、术后即刻、术后6小时、12小时、24小时、48小时检测血管内皮生长因子的动态变化,同时记录血流动力学指标及不良事件发生情况。结果CAD患者血VEGF水平明显升高(P<O.01),112例成功介入治疗患者术后6小时血VEGF水平降至正常,33例不完全血运重建介入治疗患者术后48小时VEGF水平仍高于正常(P<O.01),5例急性闭塞病例VEGF水平急剧升高,显著高于介入治疗前(P<O.01),32例再狭窄患者VEGF水平明显高于正常(P<O.01),再次成功介入治疗后VEGF水平迅速降至正常。结论动态监测冠脉介入治疗前后血VEGF的动态变化有助于解治疗效果,及早发现并发症。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) during percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) and its clinical significance. Methods Serum level of VEGF in 150 coronary heart disease (CHD) patients were detected before and after PCI and hemodyanmic parameters and side affairs were recorded. Results The serum VEGF levels of CHD patients were significantly elevated as compared with control subjects(P<0.01). Serum VEGF levels were dramatically decreased after successful PCI and reached normal 12 hours after PCI. However, the VEGF concerntration were significantly increased in 5 acute occlusion patients. In 32 restenosis patients, the VEGF contents were elevated again and decreased significantly after PCI. Conclusion Detecting the changes of VEGF during PCI could be useful to evaluate the clinical effects of the treatment and predict the occurrence of side affairs.
