摘    要:目的:初步评价320排容积CT(320-DVCT)左心室功能分析的临床实用性。方法:回顾性分析216例行320-DVCT冠状动脉CTA及心功能检查,并于1周内行心脏彩超及心功能检查的患者,分析左心室功能的各项指标值.包括射血分数(EF)、左心室舒张末期容积(EDV)、收缩末期容积(ESV)、每搏输出量(SV)及每分钟心排出量(CO).并进行对比分析。结果:从216例患者中选取符合研究条件的150例检查结果进行对比研究后发现.320-DVCT左心功能分析EF值与超声相近,差异无统计学意义,P〉0.05;EDV及ESV均稍高于超声。结论:利用320-DVCT对正常人的左心室进行功能分析,能得到客观、快速、安全、准确的评价.具有很高的临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the practicability of 320-row dynamic volumetric CT (320-DVCT) for left ventricular function analysis. Methods Totally 216 patients were analyzed retrospectively, who underwent 320-DVCT coronary angiography and heart function examinations and then echocardiography and heart function examinations in one week. Some indexes of the left ventric- ular function were analyzed and compared, including ejection fraction(ED, left ventricular end-diastolic volume (EDV), end sys- tolic volume (ESV), stroke volume (SV) and cardiac minute output, ll.esults There were 150 ones selected for comparative analy- sis. EF values by 320-DVCT was not significantly different with those by eehocardiography, with/〉〉0.05. EDV values and ESV values by 320-DVCT were higher than those by echoeardiography. Conclusion 320-DVCT can analyze normal left ventrieular function rapidly, safely and accurately.
