辐照北京烤鸭的毒理学安全性评价研究 动物亚慢性毒性试验及染色体畸变分析

对饲以含22%的经~(60)COγ射线2000戈瑞辐照的北京烤鸭肉粉和4%鸭油饲料的大鼠和小鼠进行亚慢性毒性实验和染色体畸变分析。结果表明实验组和对照组在生长发育、食物利用系数、血液常规和特定生化指标、脏体比和脏器病理检查等方面均无统计学上的显著性差异。两组动物的骨髓细胞和睾丸细胞的染色体畸变率也无显著差异。研究表明该辐照北京烤鸭对实验动物无毒理学有害影响。

Evaluation of Toxicological Safety of Irradiated Beijing Roast-Duck

The sub-chronic toxic test and chromosome aberration ana lysis of rats and mice were examined.The animals were fed with the diet that contain 22% muscle and4%fat of the Bei- jing roast-duck which were irradiated by60Co-ray with 20KGY.The re- sults showed that there were no statistical significant difference between the experimental animals and controls in the parameters of the growth ratio,coefficiency of died utilization,routine and specific test of blood, viscera wt/body ratio and pathological inspection.There were also no statistical significant difference between the two groups in the chromoso- me aberration ratio of the cells from bone marrow of rats and the cells of testis of mice.This study shows that such a irradiated Beijing roast- duck has no toxicological harmful intluence to the experimental animals.
