| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨女性尿道旁腺囊肿及尿道憩室的临床特征.方法:报告45例女性尿道旁腺囊肿及尿道憩室患者临床资料.全部患者均行经阴道前壁或经囊肿表面完整切除囊肿和憩室.结果:手术经过均顺利完成,随访期间全部患者的尿道旁腺囊肿和憩室无复发.结论:体检结合简单的实验室,影像学和尿道膀胱镜检查可以确诊该项疾病.尽早手术完整切除十分必要且效果良好.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of female paraurethral cysts and urethral diverticula.Methods:To report and describe the clinical data and diagnosis of 45 female paraurethral cysts and urethral diverticula cases over 7-year period(From 1998.6 through 2004.12).The cysts and urethral diverticula were excised completely through paries anterior vaginase or trans capsule wall.Results:No recurrence had been noted in all patients during the follow-up period.Conclusions:The diagnosis can be confirmed with physical examination,imaging study and cystourethroscopy.Early operation is the treatment of choice and the outcomes are satisfactory. |
