摘    要:目的:建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定灵芝胶囊中腺苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.01mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(10∶90),流速为0.8mL.min-1,测定波长为260nm,柱温为30℃。结果:腺苷进样量在0.0814~2.0360μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9994);平均回收率为99.37%,RSD=0.23%(n=6)。结论:本方法准确、简便、快速、可靠,可用于灵芝胶囊的质量控制。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of Adenosine in Ganoderma capsule.METHODS:HPLC method was adopted with Diamonsil C18(150mm× 4.6mm,5μ m)at a temperature of 30℃.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.01mol· L-1 KDP solution(10∶ 90)at a flow rate of 0.8mL· min-1.A UV-detector at 260nm was used.RESULTS:The linear range of Adenosine was 0.081 4~ 2.036 0μ g(r=0.999 4).The average recovery was 99.37%(RSD=0.23%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The method is accurate,simple,rapid,and reliable,and suitable for the quality control of Ganoderma capsule.
