| 摘 要： | 外伤导致的免疫反应在脊髓损伤中起重要作用,通过调控这一免疫过程,可以达到减轻甚至治疗脊髓损伤的效果。如今临床应用的甲泼尼龙冲击疗法正是基于这一机制。免疫抑制剂环孢素A、他克莫司以及FTY720可作用于脊髓损伤的诸多环节,从而起到神经再生和神经保护作用。免疫抑制剂的应用将为脊髓损伤的治疗指出一个新方向。

| Abstract: | Immune response after trauma plays an important role in the process of spinal cord injury（SCI）.The SCI can be lightened or even be cured by controlling this process.At present,the clinical application of methylprednisolone pulse therapy is based on this mechanism.Immunosuppressant such as CsA,FK506,as well as FTY720 can act on many aspects of SCI,thus,play roles in nerve regeneration and neuroprotection.The applications of immunosuppressant in SCI provide new clues to treat spinal cord injury in the future. |
