| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察卡介苗加白介素 -2(IL-2)膀胱灌注治疗膀胱移行细胞癌的疗效。方法 :回顾性分析膀胱移行细胞癌患者接受卡介苗 (BCG)加IL—2膀胱灌注预防术后复发的效果。结果 :本组56例 ,随访4～72月 ,平均38月 ,复发9例 ,复发率为16 1% ,疗效较满意。结论 :卡介苗加IL-2可作为膀胱移行细胞癌术后的常规治疗

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the curative effect of bacillus Calmette-Guerin(BCG)plus interleukin-2(IL-2)for treating vesical transitional cell carcinoma(TCC)by intravesical perfusion.Methods:The effect of BCG plus IL-2by intravesical perfusion for preventing post-operative recurrence of vesical TCC was analysed retrospectively.Reuslts:56cases in this group were followed up for4to72months with an av-erage of38months.9cases relapsed and the recurrence rate was16.1%.The curative effect of intravesical perfusion was satisfactory.Conclusion:BCG combined with IL-2may be used as a routine treatment for vesical TCC. |
