脑损伤恢复期患者认知障碍的康复训练及护理

目的 探讨脑损伤恢复期患者认知康复训练对个体康复的影响。方法 将符合入选标准的4D例患者随机分为康复组和对照组，每组各20例。对照组只接受康复科治疗师的肢体运动功能训练，康复组在对照组的基础上，由受过专业培训的护士对其进行认知功能训练。结果 认知训练后，两组患者在LOTCA评分、Barthel评分及Fugl—Meyer评分上的差异有统计学意义（均P〈0．05），其中康复组在这三项指标的评分上均优于对照组。结论 在脑损伤恢复期进行认知功能康复训练是必要的，在我国康复治疗师相对短缺的情况下，可由受过专业培训的护士来执行。

Rehabilitation training of cognitive dysfunction in patients with brain injury

Objective To probe into the effects of cognitive rehabilitation training to individual patients with brain injury during convalescence period.Methods We evenly divided at random 40 patients in conformity with conditions for selection into two groups,convalescence group and control group.The patients in the control group only received limb kinetic functional training given by the rehabilitative therapists,while those in the rehabilitation,besides receiving the same training for the control group,received cognitive training given by qualified nurses.Results Assessment with LOTCA,Barthel and Fugl-Meyer displayed obvious differences between the rehabilitation group and the control group.The three indicators for convalescence group were better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is necessary to give rehabilitation nursing and cognitive training to patients with brain injury during convalescence.Due to the present shortage of rehabilitative therapists in our country,the training can be given by the trained and qualified nurses.
