激素替代治疗对绝经后妇女心血管危险因素的影响

目的 探讨不同的激素替代治疗（ＨＲＴ）方案对绝经后妇女心血管危险因素的影响。方法 ９１例绝经后妇女分为：（１）结合雌激素（ＣＥ）Ａ组，（２）ＣＥ Ｂ组；（３）７－甲基异炔诺酮 Ａ组；（４）Ｏｒｇ ＯＤ１４ Ｂ组；（５）炔雌醇（ＥＥ）Ａ组；（６）ＥＥ Ｂ组。

Effect of hormone replacement therapy on cardiovascular risk factors in postmenopausal women

Objective To determine the effect of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) on cardiovascular risk factors in postmenopausal women.Methods 91 patients were divided into 6 groups:(1)conjugated estrogen (CE) group A ;(2)CE group B;(3)Org OD14 group;(4)Org OD14 groupB;(5)ethinyl estradiol (EE) group A;(6)EE group B.Height,weight,waist circumference,hip circumference,blood pressure were taken;serum lipoprotein,glucose,insulin were measured before and three months after treatment.Results After treatment,systolic pressure decreased significantly in Group CE A and Group EE A,diastolic pressure decreased significantly in CE A and Org OD14 B.Triglycerin (TG),high density lipoprotein (HDL C)increased significantly and total cholesterol (TC),low density lipoprotein (LDL C),fasting plasma glucose (FPG),fasting insulin (FINS),FING/FPG decreased significantly in CE A;TG,TC,LDL C,FPG,FINS/FPG decreased significantly and HDL C increased significantly in Org OD14 B;TC,LDL C,FPG,FINS,FINS/FPG decreased significantly in EE A.Conclusion HRT is beneficial to lipid and carbohydrate metabolism in postmenopausal women which protects their cardiovascular system,and suggesting the use of CE 0 625mg or Org OD14 1 25mg or EE 0 025mg daily as an appropriate dosage.
