| 摘 要： | 目的:研究小儿热速清颗粒中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用Agilent zorbax SB-C18柱,甲醇—水—磷酸(45∶55∶0.2)为流动相,流量为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为276 nm。结果:黄芩苷在0.5~100μg.mL-1之间线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.68%,RSD为0.85%。结论:该法简单、准确,灵敏度高,可用于该制剂的测定和质量控制指标。

| Abstract: | Objective： To develop an assay for the quantitative determination of baicalin in XiaoErReSuQing Granules. Methods： HPLC method as selected to determine, the content Agilent zorbax SB-C18 column was used, The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-phosphoric acid（45： 55： 0. 2）, with the folw rate at 1.0mL/min and the UV detection wavelength was at 276nm. Results： The linearity was obtained over the range of 0. 5~100μg·mL-1 （r=0. 9999）. The average recovery was 99. 68%, with RSD 0. 85%. Conclusion. The results showed that this method is sensitive, simple, specific and accurate for the determination of baica- lin in XiaoErReSuQing Granules. |
