温针夹脊配合刮痧治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效观察

目的]观察温针夹脊配合刮痧与药物治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法]将110例强直性脊柱炎患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各55例。治疗组采用温针夹脊配合刮痧治疗,对照组采用口服药物治疗,并在治疗3个疗程后进行疗效评定。结果]治疗组显效率为36.3%,总有效率为94.5%,对照组显效率为14.5%,总有效率为70.9%,治疗组显效率及总有效率明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论]温针夹脊配合刮痧和药物治疗强直性脊柱炎均有效,但温针夹脊配合刮痧疗效更优,操作简单,无明显不良反应,值得临床应用。

Curative effect of warming needling Jiaji combined with scrapping on ankylosing spondylitis

Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture Jiaji combined scraping and medicine treatment in treating ankylosing spondylitis. Methods] One hundred and ten patients with ankylosing spondylitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 55 cases in each group. Treatment group was treated by warm needling Jiaji with scraping therapy, while the control group was treated with drug therapy. The effect after three courses of treatment was observed. Results] The effective rate of treatment group was 36.3% with total efficiency 94.5%, the effective rate of control group was 14.5% with total efficiency 70.9%. The difference between both groups had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion] Acupuncture Jiaji combined scraping and medication in treating ankylosing spondylitis is effective, but the effect of warm needling Jiaji with scraping effect is better, having the advantages of simple operation, no toxic and side effects. It is worthy of clinical application.
