护生共情能力与人际交往效能感的相关性研究

目的了解护生共情能力和人际交往效能感现状,分析共情能力与人际交往效能感的相关性。方法采用一般资料问卷、杰弗逊共情量表-护生专用版(JSPE-NS)、大学生人际交往效能感量表,对118名实习护生进行调查。结果护生共情能力总分(104.96±13.26)分,人际交往效能感总分(124.06±11.57)分,护生共情能力与人际交往效能感呈正相关(r=0.402,P<0.01)。结论护生共情能力水平处于中等水平,与人际交往效能感呈正相关性。护理教育者在教学中可融合二者的共性,寻找恰当的护理教育对策,提升护生的共情能力。

Relationship between empathy and interpersonal association efficacy among nursing students

Objective To investigate the current status of empathy and interpersonal association efficacy among nursing students,and to analyze the relationship between them.Methods The self-made general information scale,Jefferson Scale of Empathy-Nursing Students(JSPE-NS)and College Students'Sense of Interpersonal Association Efficacy(CSSIAE)were adopted,and a questionnaire survey was conducted among 118 nursing students.Results The score of JSPE-NS was(104.96±13.26)points and score of CSSIAE was(124.06±11.57)points.There was a positive correlation between empathy and interpersonal association efficacy among nursing students(r=0.402,P<0.01).Conclusion The findings showed a moderate level of empathy among nursing students,and was positively correlated with their interpersonal association efficacy.Teaching strategies combining similarity of empathy and interpersonal association efficacy should be carried out to improve the nursing students’empathy.
