子午流注经穴推拿联合香佩疗法在老年脑卒中后抑郁患者中的应用

目的探讨子午流注经穴推拿联合香佩疗法在老年脑卒中后抑郁患者的应用效果。方法53例老年脑卒中后抑郁患者分为研究组(n=27)例与对照组(n=26),对照组实施常规护理,并基于子午流注理论实施经穴推拿;研究组在对照组的基础上,结合中医香佩疗法进行干预,干预时间为5周。干预前后,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)对2组患者进行评估。结果干预后,2组PSQI和HAMD评分均较干预前降低,且研究组PSQI和HAMD评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论子午流注经穴推拿结合中医香佩疗法可以更好地提高患者的睡眠质量,从而有效缓解和预防老年脑卒中患者抑郁情绪。

Application of midnight-noon ebb-flow meridian massage combined with Xiangpei therapy in elderly patients with post-stroke depression

Objective To investigate the effect of midnight-noon ebb-flow meridian massage combined with Xiangpei therapy in the treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods Totally 53 elderly patients with post-stroke depression were randomly divided into the study group(n=27)and the control group(n=26).All patients were treated with routine nursing and midnight-noon ebb-flow meridian massage,and those in the study group were given Xiangpei therapy(Traditional Chinese Medicine aromatherapy)for 5 weeks.Before and after the intervention,patients in both groups were evaluated with the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD).Results After intervention,scores of PSQI and HAMD were decreased in both study group and control group,and were lower in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The midnight-noon ebb-flow meridian massage combined with Xiangpei therapy can better improve the sleep quality of patients,so as to effectively alleviate and prevent post-stroke depression in elderly patients.
