大鼠脊髓横断伤后大脑运动皮质的再生反应的实验研究

摘    要:目的研究成年SD大鼠大脑运动皮质在脊髓横断伤后的再生反应。方法在胸9水平完全横断脊髓,术后1、3、5、7和14d,取大鼠大脑运动皮质和脊髓分别进行GAP-43mRNA组织原位杂交和NF200免疫组化。结果大鼠在脊髓横断伤后出现大脑运动皮质GAP-43mRNA表达,主要分布在大脑运动皮质的V、Ⅵ层;脊髓横断伤组在术后14d内,脊髓断端白质内NF200的表达逐渐由稀疏至消失。结论实验揭示了大鼠脊髓横断后,皮质脊髓束神经元在两周内不会出现数量减少;并发现大脑运动皮质在皮质脊髓束横断后能出现短时间的再生反应。

Abstract:To study the regenerative response in motocortex following spinal cord transection. After the spinal cord being transected at T9 level. The rats were sacrificed at day 1, 3, 5, 7, 14 postoperative. The expression and distribution of GAP-42mRNA and NF200 were investigated in the motocortex and injuried spinal cord the expression of GAP-43mRNA was found in motocortex in the transection group, positive cells that it was localized in motocortex layer V, VI. Conclusion] The data reveals that the motor cortical neurons express the regenerative response after the spinal cord is injuried, the serious degeneration of axon in the injuried spinal cord will happen.
