| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性胰腺炎治疗的合理方案,体现“个体化治疗”的具体措施。方法回顾性分析72例急性胰腺炎的治疗措施。结果72例患者中治愈70例,死亡2例。结论强调急性胰腺炎的治疗要以非手术治疗为主,手术治疗要严格掌握手术指征,手术治疗应遵循“个体化”原则,是减少并发症降低病死率的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To inquire into proper program on treatment of AP,to embody the concret measure of "individualizational treatment". Methods The treatment measure of 72 AP cases were reviened. Results 70 of the 72 cases were cured and 2 dead. Conclusion Non-operation is the main treatment for AP.Operation treatment must be strictly carried out while conditions of operation are mastered,is the key to raise the cure rate. |
