| 摘 要： | 目的和方法：本实验观察了溃疡汤对实验性胃溃疡模型的作用，结果：溃疡汤对消炎痛加乙醇所致大鼠胃溃疡、盐酸损伤法及幽门结扎法所致的大鼠胃溃疡模型均有明显的抑制作用，并且可减少幽门结扎法所致的大鼠胃溃疡模型的胃酸分泌。结论：溃疡汤对消化性溃疡有一定的治疗意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective and Methods: The effects of the Kui Yang Tang (KYT) on experimental gastric ulcer were studied. Results: The KYT had a significant inhibitive effect on experimental gastric ulcer in rat caused with indomethacine plus alcohol. It also inhibited gastric ulcer caused by HCl injury and ligatured pylorus in rats and decreased the secretion of gastric juices. Conclusion: KYT is benefit to peptic ulcer. |
