灯盏花注射液对AMI再灌注损伤防治作用临床研究

目的 阐明灯盏花对急性心肌梗死再灌注损伤的作用。方法 将ＡＭＩ再灌注治疗成功者４９例随机分为２组。治疗组在进行再灌注治疗同时给静脉滴注灯盏花注射液４５ｍｇ，另一组为对照组。分别于再灌注治疗后３０ｍｉｎ，３ｈ，６ｈ，２４ｈ抽查血清中总超氧化物歧化醇及丙二醛的含量。

Clinical study of preventive and therapeutic breviscapini injection on reperfusion injury in AMI.

Objective To study preventive and therapeutic breviscapini injection on reperfusion injury on AMI. Methods 49 patients of AMI after successful reperfusion treatment were random divided into 2 groups. Patients were given reperfusion treatment and injected 45 mg breviscapini at the same time in Groop I (breviscaipini group). The others were used as control group. The T-sod and MDA were measured in 30 minutes, 2hrs, 6hrs, amd 24hrs after reperfusion treatment. ESV,EDV and LVEF were calculated in 2 days and 2 weeks after treatment by doppler echocardiography. Results T-SOD was significantly higher in 6hrs after treatment (P<0 01),EDV and ESV were lower in 48hrs (P<0 05),LVEF were significantly higher (P<0 01).Conclusion Breviscapini injection can effectively clear free radical. It is better for recovery of cardiac function and prevention of cardiac failure.
