| 摘 要： | 目的：了解本院抗消化性溃疡药物的产品结构和使用情况，进行临床利用的评价。方法：采用用药频度(DDDs)排序、金额排序、金额排序／DDDs排序比较。结果：两年中频度排序和金额排序前10位的药品基本类同，个别品种的异军突起，正体现了此类药物的创新、发展趋势。结论：我院抗消化性溃疡药物的临床应用较为合理，传统的抗消化性溃疡药物在临床发挥了重要作用，随着医学的发展和病人对生活和生存质量的不断提高，开发长效、高效、副作用小的抗消化性溃疡药物已势在必行。

| Abstract: | Aim:To evaluate the structure and clinical use of ulcer-healing drugs in our hospital in the period of 2002 and 2003.Methods:Drug use was ranked by defined daily dosages (DDDs) and the finance data. The results from the two methods were compared. Results:The top 10 drugs were almost the same whether they were evaluated by DDDs or the finance data. Use of single drug suddenly rised indicated the innovation and development trend of this kind of drug. Conclusion:Clinical application of ulcer-healing drugs was rational in our hospital. Traditional ulcer-healing drugs plays an important role in clinics. With the development of medicine and the improvement of life quality of patients, it was imperative to explore long-lasting and more efficient ulcer-healing drugs with minimal adverse effects. |
