摘    要:PBL教学是以学生为中心,以问题为基础,以教师为主导的学习。目前我国PBL教学存在许多不足:教师讲解部分比重过大、PBL教学法与多种教学法的有机融合不够、应用范围有一定局限性和配套改革措施不到位等。根据我们在口腔组织病理课中PBL教学经验,总结了PBL教学改进措施:PBL的问题或病例设计、效果评价改进、提高教师素质和增加学生自学研讨时间等。

Abstract:Problem-based learning(PBL) teaching is a way of student-centered learning which is based on problems and guided by teachers.At present,PBL teaching has many disadvantages in our country:the too large proportion of teachers' explanation,the insufficient organic fusion between PBL teaching and various other teaching methods,the fairly limited application range,no enough fulfillment of complete set of reform measures,the defection of scientifically efficient appreciation systems,the shortage of teachers qualified for the PBL teaching and the changes of students' learning habits.According to our experience of PBL teaching in oral histopathologic courses,the authors have summarized the improvement measures of PBL teaching:the problems of PBL cases design,the improvement of scientifically efficient evaluation systems,the enhancement of teachers' quality,increasing the time in which students study and discuss themselves.
