| 摘 要： | 胃癌的发生是一个渐进的过程,胃黏膜异型增生和肠化生是胃癌前病变,与胃癌的发生密切相关。本文就异型增生和肠化生的定义和分类,两者与胃癌发生的相关性及其防治等问题进行综述,旨在提高临床医师对两者的认识水平,以更好地防治早期胃癌。

| Abstract: | Development of gastric cancer is an incremental process. Gastric dysplasia and intestinal metaplasia （IM）, which are precancerous lesions, are closely related with gastric cancer. This article reviewed the definition and classification of dysplasia and IM, their association with gastric cancer including prevention and treatment, aiming at better understanding dysplasia and IM, and further improving the prevention and treatment of early gastric cancer. |
