新医改体制下中成药制造成本分析优化

Analysis and optimization on production cost of Chinese medicine under the new medical reform

As one comparative industry, Chinese medicine has been always in high gross profit. In the traditional marketing model of which the product was the center,the quality of the product was improved and the cost was increased, high profit can still be obtained through transferring the competition pressure to high price. However, in the new medical reform mode the cost increase can＇ t be transferred to price increase because the price is getting lower but the raw material and the manpower cost continue to rise and quality standard of the products is further improved, thus the profits of enterprises will be affected by all these factors. The enterprise must optimize cost competitiveness from system thoroughly in order to survive and to keep benefit balance between shareholders, customers and employees. Enterprises should adjust the operation mode through transferring the focus from the market to the internal management as well as the market to construct system thinking operation mode,and also should strengthen the management model that consist with the new medical reform to promote enterprise strategic innovation and concept innovation,in order to optimize market competition ability.
