社区居民对宠物传播疾病认知及伤害情况调查

目的了解中小城市居民喂养宠物的基本情况以及居民对宠物传播疾病的认识。方法采用自行设计的问卷,通过分层整群抽样的方法抽取样本,以问卷调查的方式进行横断面调查。结果被调查居民有31.0%的人喂养宠物,只有18.9%的人知道科学的喂养宠物;74.8%的人认为宠物会传染疾病;35.2%的人知道会传染哪些疾病;39.2%的人知道怎样防止宠物疾病;66.6%的人表示对宠物没有必要接种疫苗或不清楚是否需要接种过疫苗;22.8%的人表示和宠物玩耍时发生过危险。结论中小城市居民喂养宠物比例较高,大多数居民对喂养宠物的科学方式、宠物传播疾病的认识模糊甚至错误;对居民开展科学饲养宠物和宠物流行病预防的健康教育有待加强。

Investigation of Recognition of Pet-borne Disease and the Injury Status of Community Resident

Objectives To understand the basic situation of pet keeping of citizens in small and medium-sized cities and their views towards pets spreading diseases.Methods Adopted self-designed questionnaire,through the stratified cluster sampling method,to carry out cross-sectional survey.Results 31.0% residents of investigation had fed pet,only 18.9% of whom knew how to keep pets scientifically.And about 74.8% people thought pets could spread disease,35.2% of people knew what disease could spread,39.2% knew how to prevent pet disease.And 66.6% of people said that there was no need for pets having vaccination or they have no idea about it.And 22.5% said they were threatened when playing with their pets.Conclusions The ratio of citizens in middle and small cities keeping pets are high.Most residents have vague even wrong understanding of scientific pets feeding＇s methods and pet-disease spreading.So the health education about scientific keeping pets and pet epidemic disease prevention needs to be strengthened.
