免打结双向锯齿缝线连续缝合在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤挖除术中的应用效果分析

目的]探讨使用免打结双向锯齿缝线(Quill线)连续缝合对腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤挖除术的效果。方法]回顾分析既往115例单发肌壁间肌瘤腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤挖除术的临床资料,比较乔薇线间断缝合与Quill线连续缝合效果。结果]115例肌瘤患者均完成腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤挖除术,Quill线组在手术时间、术中出血量及术后肛门排气时间均优于乔薇线组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在术后并发症发生率上两者无明显差异。结论]Quill线连续缝合在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤挖除术的应用中具有操作简便、可明显缩短手术时间及术中出血、术后胃肠功能恢复快等特点,值得推广。

Analysis of continuous suture by QuilITMSRS for laparoscopic intramural myomectomy

Objective] To evaluate the effects of continuous suture by QuilITMSRS for hysteromyomectomy. Methods ]The clinical data of 115 patients suffering from Single intramural myoma underwent laparoscopic intramural myomectomy application of cantinous suture by QmllTMSRS and interrupted suture by Vicryl thread was analyzed retrospectively. Results]115 cases were completed in laparoscopic surgery with no conversion to abdominal-open myomectomy,no complications occurred.Compared to Control Groups,the study group was significantly better in operative time,blood loss,maximum body temperature and postoperative discharge time.They exsist sigrfificant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions ] Compared with interrupted suture by Vicryl thread,cantinous suture by QuiUTMSRS in Laparoscopic intramural myomectomy has the characteristics of shorter operation time and less bleeding. It is worthy of popularization.
