| 摘 要： | 目的建立白扁豆花药材定性鉴别方法。方法采用性状、显微鉴别和薄层鉴别方法。对样品处理方法、吸附剂、展开剂、显色剂等影响色谱分离效果的主要因素进行了优化。结果建立了白扁豆花药材的鉴别方法。结论该方法简便、实用、结果可靠,可用于白扁豆花鉴别。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the identification of Lablab Flos Albus. Methods The character identification, microscopic identification and TLC methods were used. The main factors that influence the separation result such as sample treatment,absorbent, mobile phase and developer were optimized. Results The identification method for Lablab Flos Albus was established. Conclusion This method was simple,practical and reliable,and it can be used for the identification of Lablab Flos Mbus. |
