丙戊酸钠血药浓度监测研究概况

摘    要:本文通过介绍丙戊酸钠血药浓度的影响因素、不良反应以及常用血药浓度监测方法,为开展丙戊酸钠血药浓度监测研究提供参考。通过查阅文献,总结分析,结果显示高效液相色谱法、荧光偏振免疫法、气相色谱法等用于血药浓度监测有较高的准确度,监测发现约有50%的患者血药浓度在治疗范围内,显示出开展血药浓度监测工作的必要性。而现有的监测方法存在测定需要大型仪器、操作繁琐、监测结果不具有实时性以及地域性限制等问题,期待进一步的方法学改进研究。

Abstract:This paper reviewed the influencing factors of blood concentration, adverse drug reaction and serum concentration monitoring methods of sodium valproate, providing reference for monitoring blood concentration of sodium valproate. Literatures in recent years about blood concentration monitoring of sodium valproate were summarized and analyzed. The results showed that high performance liquid chromatography, fluorescence polarization immunoassay technology and gas chromatography were more ac- curate in monitoring blood concentration. According to monitoring data, about 50% patients' blood concentration were in the treatment range, indicating that blood concentration monitoring was very necessary. But monitoring methods in nowadays still needed large equipment and tedious operation and the monitoring results had non - real - time and regional restrictions. As a result, it needed further improvement study on methodology.
