耳穴疗法在原发性高血压并发抑郁中的疗效观察

目的]探讨耳穴疗法在原发性高血压并发抑郁中的疗效观察.方法]符合条件的63例住院患者按照Pocock和Simon最小化法随机分组,对照组30例,接受常规护理；观察组33例,在对照组基础上接受耳穴贴压治疗干预14-28天,入组时、出院时、出院后6个月内每月记录患者血压、HDRS 抑郁评分值.结果]时间因素重复测量方差分析结果显示:两组3个方面(收缩压、舒张压、HDRS抑郁评分)8个时间点的变化有统计学意义(F值均＞5,p＜0.01)；同时变化趋势的线性拟合检验也有统计学意义(F值均＞10,P＜0.01),可以认为这3个方面均随着时间的变化而逐步降低,但是出院后变化较小,进入平台期；多因素重复测量方差分析结果显示:收缩压(F值4.397,p=0.041)、HDRS抑郁评分(F值5.960,p=0.018)2个方面在两组间有统计学意义,3个方面分组因素和时间因素不存在交互作用(F值＜2,p＞0.05),但观察组各指标改善程度更明显.结论]耳穴贴压疗法有辅助降压与抗抑郁的作用,近期疗效显著.

Effects of Otopoint Pressure in Primary Hypertension Patients Complicated with Depression

0bjective] To discuss the effects of otopoint pressure in primary hypertension patients complicated with depression.Methods]63 primary hypertension patients complicated with depression were randomly divided into experimental group（33 cases） and control group（30 cases）.All the patients received routine nursing care.In addition,the patients in the experimental group received otopoint pressure therapy with cowherb seeds for two-four weeks.The patients＇depression rated by Hamilton Depression Rating Scale for Depression（HDRS） and the changes of blood pressure were recorded at 8 different time.Results] Subjects in two groups showed statistical significance and linear trends in systolic blood pressure（SBP）,diastolic blood pressure（DBP） and HDRS over time by univariate test of repeated measurement ANOVA,P0.01.There was no further decline for blood pressure and HDRS after being discharged.The SBP and HDRS were lower in experimental group than control group,P0.05.The effect of interaction between groups and time span had not statistically significance in SBP,DBP and HDRS,P0.05.Conclusion]Otopoint pressure therapy can be used as an adjuvant method to control blood pressure and relieve anxiety for patients with primary hypertension.Its short-term therapeutic effect is better than the long-term therapeutic effect.
