慢性阻塞性肺疾病住院患者合并血脂异常症调查

目的研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病(简称慢阻肺)急性加重期住院患者合并血脂异常症的患病率及与年龄、性别的相关性。方法对2008年1月1日~2014年12月31日间在我院住院病案数据库进行回顾性调查。结果 1慢阻肺组的高甘油三脂血症、高密度脂蛋白异常血症、高胆固醇血症、低密度脂蛋白异常血症的患病率分别是:14.3%、14.3%、12.8%、10.6%。2慢阻肺组血脂异常以高甘油三脂血症、高密度脂蛋白异常血症为主。3按年龄段比较,慢性阻肺组血脂异常症发病率均比对照组低。4慢阻肺组女性高胆固醇血症(P=0.000)、低密度脂蛋白异常血症(P=0.000)的发生率高于男性。结论慢阻肺住院患者合并血脂异常症患病率较对照组人群低。慢阻肺住院患者血脂异常症以高胆固醇血症、高密度脂蛋白异常血症为主;女性高胆固醇血症、低密度脂蛋白异常血症的患病率高于男性患者。

Investigation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients complicated with dyslipidemia

Objective To study the incidence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD) patients complicated with dyslipidemia and its correlation with age and gender. Methods The medical record of patients ad-mitted into our hospital from January 1st, 2008 to December 31st, 2014 was retrospectively reviewed. Results (1) The incidence of hypertriglyceridemia, high density lipoprotein abnormality, hypercholesteremia and low density lipo-protein abnormality was 14. 3%, 14. 3%, 12. 8% and 10. 6% respectively in the COPD group. (2) Dyslipidemia in the COPD group mainly consisted of hypertriglyceridemia and high density lipoprotein abnormality. ( 3 ) In light of age, the incidence of dyslipidemia was lower in the COPD group than in the control group. (4) In the COPD group, the incidence of hypercholesteremia (P=0. 000) and low density lipoprotein abnormality (P=0. 000) of female was higher than those of male. Conclusion The incidence of dyslipidemia in COPD patients is lower than that of normal population. COPD patients complicated with dyslipidemia mainly present hypercholesteremia and high density lipopro-tein abnormality, and the incidence of hypercholesteremia and low density lipoprotein abnormality is higher in female than in male.
