丹红注射液治疗特发性肺纤维化患者的临床分析

目的观察丹红注射液联合甲基强的松龙治疗特发性肺纤维化的疗效及安全性。方法将70例特发性肺纤维化患者随机分为两组,对照组和观察组各35例。对照组采用强的松龙治疗,观察组则采用丹红注射液联合强的松龙治疗。比较治疗前后两组间临床症状评分、肺功能相关指标和血清肺纤维化相关细胞因子水平,并比较两组间不良反应发生情况差异。结果治疗后第4、12周,观察组患者咳嗽、呼吸困难、紫绀、啰音评分及总分均显著低于对照组;观察组患者FEV1/FVC、Dlco、Pa O2均显著高于对照组;血清HA、LN、PCⅢ、ColⅢ、BUN水平均显著低于对照组,P0.05。结论丹红注射液联合甲基强的松龙能有效改善特发性肺纤维化患者的肺功能和肺纤维化程度。

Clinical analysis of Danhong injection for patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of Danhong injection combined with predniso-lone for patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis ( IPF) . Methods 70 patients with IPF were randomly divided in-to two groups, 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with prednisolone, and the observation group was additionally combined with Danhong injection. Then the score of clinical symptoms, pulmonary function and ser-um levels of pulmonary fibrosis related cytokines before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The incidence of adverse reaction of the two groups was also compared. Results 4 and 12 weeks after the treatment, the score of cough, dyspnea, cyanosis, rales and the total score of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group. The levels of FEV1/ FVC, Dlco, PaO2 were higher in the observation than in the control group, while the serum levels of HA, LN, PCⅢ, ColⅢand BUN were also significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (all P<0. 05). The level of urine protein in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Danhong injection combined with prednisolone can effectively ad-just pulmonary function and pulmonary fibrosis for IPF patients.
