| 摘 要： | [目的]了解系统性红斑狼疮患者核黄素营养状况。[方法]对系统性红斑狼疮患者进行核黄素4h负荷试验,用荧光光度法测定核黄素含量。[结果]系统性红斑狼疮患者核黄素不足226例,正常25例,充裕7例。[结论]系统性红斑狼疮患者核黄素营养水平普遍低下。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To study the riboflavin nutritional status in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).[Methods]258 cases with SLE were carried out a 4h riboflavin burden urine experiment,and the fluorescence spectrophotometry was used to moniter the urinary riboflavin content.[Results]The cases with riboflavin shortage,adequate,or rich were 226,25,7 among the SLE patients respectively.[Conclusions]Deficiency of riboflavin among SLE patients is universal. |
