| 摘 要： | 目的对载瘤动脉血管内闭塞治疗颈内动脉和椎动脉不可夹闭动脉瘤疗效进行评价。方法用血管内球囊或弹簧圈闭塞近端载瘤动脉治疗19例颈内动脉和椎动脉不可夹闭动脉瘤。结果闭塞近端载瘤动脉者之动脉瘤完全闭塞,神经受压和占位症状逐步改善、消失。6例经MRI追踪检查的病例示动脉瘤明显缩小或完全消失。结论血管内载瘤动脉闭塞治疗颈内动脉和椎动脉不可夹闭动脉瘤是一种有效、简捷、安全的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Astract Objective To evaluate therapeutic effect of occlusion of the parent artery for treatment of intracranial unclippable aneurysms with balloon or GDC.Method19patients with intracranial unclippable aneurysms were treated by occlusion of the parent artery with detachable balloon or GDC.Result The aneurysms were occluded and the occupying symptoms disap-peared in all cases.In6cases,follow-up MRI showed decrease or disappearance of the aneurysms.Conclusion Treatment of in-tracranial unclippable aneurysms by occlusion of the parent artery with balloon or GDC is an effective and safe method. |
