| 摘 要： | 应用ＨＰＬＣ法测定２１例肾移植术后患者全血环孢素Ａ（ＣｓＡ）谷值血药浓度。结果表明，合并用药、肝功能异常及凝血和不正确服药方法是影响ＣｓＡ血药浓度的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Using HPLC, the blood concentrations of cyclosporin A were determined in 21 patients receiving renal transplantation. The results showed that other combined drugs, abnormal liver functions, blood coagulation of samples and incorrect administration of drug were important factors which could affect the blood concentration of cyclosporin A. |
