| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肠套叠空气灌肠复位实际操作方法。方法 对59例肠套叠患儿行空气灌肠复位。结果 复位成功47例(79．7％)，不成功12例(20．3％)，其中2例(3．4％)出现肠穿孔、气腹。结论 通过规范灵活操作，可提高肠套叠空气灌肠复位成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the practical operation of air -filled to replace the intussusceptions.Methods All of fifty-nine cases of intussusceptions underwent by air-filled to replace.Results the successes of replacing the intussusceptions were forty-seven cases(79.7%);the non-successes were twelve(20.3%);including two cases(3.4%)of their intestines were perforated and air-abdomen.Conclusions With standard and flexible operation,we can increase the rate of successes of replacing the intussusceptions by air-filled. |
