产时心理状态及其影响因素的探讨

目的:了解产妇的心理状态及其影响因素,探讨有效的心理干预措施。方法:随机抽取2002年10月～2003年3月在产科门诊就诊的孕妇570例,其中产时心理调查216例。采用自制问卷、艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)进行心理状态及其影响因素的调查。结果:分娩恐惧的发生率为51.9%;产时不自信者占22.2%,主要影响因素是孕期接受健康教育情况;产时心理障碍可影响产程和分娩结局。结论:产时的心身状态主要是分娩恐惧,产时不自信,情绪不稳定,其影响因素主要为:孕妇性格的稳定性、文化程度及孕期接受健康教育情况和家庭支持情况。

The psychological status of women during delivery period and its influential factors

Objective:To investigate psychological status and related factors of labor women,and to find out the scientific informations of the effective way of psychological intervention.Methods:570 cases of pregnant women were selected randomly from the out-patient department from October,2004 to March,2005 as a study group.The surveying of their psychological status and related factors by self-made questionnaire,Eysenck personality questionnaire(EPQ)were conducted.Results:During delivery period,the incidence of fear was 51.9%.The incidence of less of self-confident was 22.2%.Conclusion:The somatic-psychological disorders during labor period is fear,loss of confidence,unstable emotion.The factors affected to psychological status of perinatal women are the stability of personal character,education level and antenatal health educations,family's support etc.
