再生疗法治疗老年小腿慢性溃疡临床总结

目的:观察皮肤再生疗法对老年患者小腿慢性溃疡的临床疗效,探讨有效的治疗方法.方法:对112例(处)老年小腿慢性溃疡患者应用皮肤再生疗法治疗,观察其止痛效果、创面愈合时间及演变规律.结果:首次换药疼痛缓解率为69.9%,5日疼痛缓解率为89.69%;112处溃疡创面全部愈合,Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级创面的愈合时间(均值±标准差,x-±s)分别为25.24天±4.46天,45.17天±8.32天和68.87天±10.25天;3天后创面渗出逐渐减少,水肿渐消退,7天后创面周围红肿变得不太明显,创缘软化,创面湿润、洁净,周边及基底部可见新鲜肉芽组织,外观呈颗粒状,触之易出血,新生上皮组织向中心爬行,逐渐覆盖整个创面;复诊病例未见复发.结论:皮肤再生疗法能促进创面原位再生修复,方法简单,是治疗老年小腿慢性溃疡的理想方法.

Summarized Report on Tresting Chronic Ulcers of the Elderly Patient's Lower Leg with Skin Regeneration Therapy

Objective： To observe the effect of treating chronic ulcers of the elderly patient＇s lower leg with Skin Regeneration Therapy and to explore the effective treatment method. Method： 112 cases of the chronic ulcers of the elderly patient＇s lower leg were treated with Skin Regeneration Therapy. Stopping pain effect, wound healing time and the law of wound healing and changes were observed. Results ： The alleviation rate of pain in the first change dressing was 69. 9%. The alleviation rate of pain at the 5th day was 89. 69%. All of 112 cases healed. The average healing time of Ⅱ degree wounds, Ⅲ degree wounds, Ⅳ degree wounds were 25.24 ±4.46d, 45. 17 ±8.32d and 68. 87 ± 10. 25d respectively. No recurrence was observed in the cases of subsequent visit. Conclusion： Skin Regeneration Therapy is a simple and ideal method to treat chronic ulcers of the elderly patient＇s lower leg due to its effect of promoting skin regenerative restoration in situ.
