| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) on infertility. Methods From Nov. 1998 to Dec. 2002, 93 cycles of ICSI were carried out in 93patients with infertility. Results One thousand and seventy-eight ova were retrieved, 806 ova underwent cleavage, the ovum retrieval rate, cleavage rate and fertilization rate was 90.00%, 89.36% and 74.77%, respectively. 33 cases pregnancies achieved, the pregnant rate was 35.48%. 25 cases successful deliveries achieved. Conclusion The effect of ICSI therapy is better. |
