| 摘 要： | 目的 确保理县居民和救灾人员地震灾害后的食品卫生安全.方法 调查、评估理县灾后的食品卫生状况,全面开展卫生监督、食品理化、微生物快速检验和食品卫生知识宣传教育,并针对存在食品安全隐患的重点单位、重点环节和重点食品加强监管.结果 理县在地震灾后未发生任何食品安全事件,当地居民的卫生观念和食品安全意识明显增强.结论 组织有力、重点突出、多方协作是灾后食品安全防疫工作的重要手段. |
