二孔法腹腔镜辅助下切除小儿美克尔憩室(附15例报告)

目的探讨腹腔镜技术在小儿美克尔憩室手术治疗的应用经验。方法通过对本院2年来小儿二孔法腹腔镜手术切除美克尔憩室15例诊治效果回顾分析，均有便血病史，术前行^99mTc同位素扫描，阳性13例，阴性2例。结果本组均行二孔法腹腔镜探查，明确病因为美克尔憩室，经脐部提出憩室并行手术切除。其中楔形切除11例。肠切肠吻合4例。术后恢复快，随访病例无异常。结论二孔法腹腔镜探查可明确诊断美克尔憩室，并可同时行手术切除，且与同类型传统手术比较，腹腔镜手术的微创优势明显。

Two-port laparoscopic technique in the treatment of Meckel's diverticulum in children

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment experience of laparoscopy in children's Meckel's diverticulum. Methods 15 cases were performed Laparoscopic Meckel's diverticulectomy in two years.Review and analysis the result 15 cases all showed hematochezia, before operation they all had 99mTc isotope scanning, 13 cases showed abnormality, 2 cases were negative. Results All 15 cases were performed two-port Laparoscopic. After the etiological factor-Meckel's diverticulum were clear-cuted, resection were showed. 11 cases wedged, Intestinal anastomosis were applicated in 4 cases. Laparoscopic postoperative recovery is quickly. The cases who are followed-up is normal. Conclusions Two-port laparoscopic technique can clear-cut the diagnosis of Meckel's diverticulum, laparoscopic Meckel's diverticulectomy can be done at the same time. Compared with classical laparotomy, laparoscopic Meckel's diverticulectomy has the advantages of minimal invasion, quickly recovery and no serious complications.
