人胰腺癌中bFGF的表达及其临床意义

目的　探讨bFGF在胰腺癌发生、发展中的作用。方法　应用免疫组化技术S P法检测 10例正常胰腺组织、5 0例胰腺癌组织中bFGF的表达 ,并分析其与胰腺癌临床病理参数的关系。结果　胰腺癌组织中bFGF的表达显著高于正常胰腺组织 (P <0 .0 5 )。 5 0例胰腺癌组织中 ,bFGF的表达强度与临床分期及淋巴结转移呈正相关 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ,与性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、肿瘤大小及分化程度无关。结论　bFGF在胰腺癌的发生发展中起重要作用 ,其检测可为胰腺癌预后判断提供必要的理论依据。

The Expression and Clinical Significance of bFGF in Pancreatic Carcinoma

Objective To study the effects of bFGF expression on oncogenesis and clinical significance of pancreatic carcinoma. Methods The expression of bFGF was detected with the S-P immunohistochemistry method in 10 cases of normal pancreas tissue and 50 cases of pancreatic carcinoma. The relationship between the protein expression and clinicopathological fetures was analyzed. Results The expression of bFGF in pancreatic carcinoma was much higher than that in nomal tissue (P<0.05).The expression of bFGF in the 50 cases of pancreatic carcinoma had significantly positive correlation with the clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.01 and P<0.05 respectively),but had no distinct correlation with sex,age, the location of tumor,the size of tumor and the differentiation degree. Conclusion This study suggests that bFGF plays an important role in the oncogenesis and progession of pancreatic carcinoma. Detection of the bFGF proteins may have potential effects on the prognosis of pancreatic carcinoma.
