| 摘 要： | 目的 :评价阿奇霉素注射剂与口服剂型序贯治疗小儿支原体肺炎的有效性及安全性。方法 :10 9例临床诊断为支原体肺炎的患儿 ,予阿奇霉素治疗 ,剂量按 10mg·kg-1·d-1计算 ,最大量不超过 0 .5 g。每天给药 1次 ,每3d为 1疗程 ,间隔 4d开始后 1疗程。第 1疗程予注射剂治疗 ,病重者第 2疗程也采用注射剂型治疗。以后予以口服 ,共 4疗程。结果 :阿奇霉素序贯治疗临床总有效率 95 % ,不良反应发生率 12 .8%。结论 :阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿支原体肺炎安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods: 109 patients with Mycoplasma pneumonia were given azithromycin 10 mg·kg·d -1,for 3 days.After 4 days, the course was repeated. The total period of therapy was 4 weeks. The first or the second 3 days was given injectable azithromycin, the others were given oral azithromycin. Results: The total effective rates of azithromycin sequential therapy was 95%.The adverse reaction rate was 12.8%. Conclusion: azithromycin sequential therapy is safe and effective for the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children. |
