曲马多预防全麻病人苏醒期躁动的临床观察

目的观察曲马多预防全麻苏醒期躁动的效果,探讨较合适的剂量。方法选择ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级择期手术病人60例,随机分为三组,每组20例。三组病人于手术结束前30分钟分别给予静脉注射曲马多注射液1mg·kg-1(A组)、1.5mg·kg-1(B组)、2mg·kg-1(C组)。结果三组病人的躁动评分:A组病人躁动的发生率高于B、C组(P<0.05);三组病人的呼吸恢复时间、睁眼时间、拔管时间,C组比A、B组延长(P<0.05),B组较A、C组苏醒质量好。结论曲马多可有效地预防全麻苏醒期兴奋躁动症的发生,剂量采用1.5mg·kg-1时苏醒质量好,无明显不良反应。

Clinical Effects of Tramadol in Preventing Emergence Agitation from General Anesthesia

Objective To observe the effect of tramadol to prevent emergence agitation from general anesthesia,to explore the more appropriate doses.Methods 60 patients of ASA Ⅰ~ Ⅱ undergoing elective surgery were randomly divided into three groups,with each 20 cases.The three groups of patients at 30 minutes before the end of operation were given intravenous injection of tramadol 1 mg·kg-1(group A),1.5 mg·kg-1(group B),2 mg·kg-1(group C).Results The three groups of patients agitation scores:the incidence of restlessness in group A was higher than that in group B,C(P <0.05);In the three groups of patients,the breathing recovery time,eyes open time,extubation time in group C were longer than in group A,B(P <0.05),consciousness quality in group B was better than in group A,C.Conclusion Tramadol may be effective in preventing recovery excited restlessness from general anesthesia,which dose of 1.5 mg·kg-1 can have better conscious-ness quality with no obvious adverse reactions.
