| 摘 要： | 目的:以慢性焦虑应激大鼠为载体,探讨其焦虑状态及行为学的变化,旨在探索能较好模拟广泛性焦虑障碍的动物模型。方法:采用慢性情绪应激的方法建立焦虑大鼠模型,以国际公认的高架十字迷宫试验对其行为学进行评价。结果:应激后大鼠处于易激惹的状态,表现出频繁的修饰和攻击行为,经高架十字迷宫测试发现大鼠较少进入并停留于开放臂中,倾向于探究封闭臂,且在封闭臂的停留时间延长。结论:不确定性空瓶刺激作为一种慢性心理应激模型,从病因学上较好模拟了广泛性焦虑障碍的发病状态和行为学表现。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the changes in behaviour of rats model with chronic stress-induced anxiety and to explore a appropriate animal model for GAD.
