护理干预对胃肠道术后粘连性肠梗阻的预防作用

目的探讨护理干预对胃肠道术后粘连性肠梗阻的预防作用。方法选取我院于2011年6月至2012年1月间收治的120例胃肠道手术患者,将其随机均分为两组,对照组进行常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予有针对的护理干预,并比较两组患者术后粘连性肠梗阻的发生率。结果观察组术后粘连性肠梗阻的发生率为3.3%,对照组为25.0%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.01)。结论有针对的护理干预可明显降低胃肠道术后粘连性肠梗阻的发生率,提高患者生活质量。

Preventive Effect of Nursing Intervention on Gastrointestinal Postoperative Intestinal Obstruction

Objective To explore the preventive effect of nursing intervention on gastrointestinal postoperative intestinal obstruction.Methods 120 cases of gastrointestinal surgery patients admitted to our hospital from June 2011 to January 2012 were randomly divided into two groups(60 cases in each group).The control group were given routine care;on the basis of routine care,the observation group were given targeted nursing intervention.The postoperative intestinal obstruction incidences of two groups were compared.Results The incidence of postoperative adhesion ileus of the observation group was 3.3%,and that of the control group was 25.0%.The difference between the two groups was significant,with P <0.01.Conclusions Nursing intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal postoperative intestinal obstruction,and improve patients' quality of life.
