脐血嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白增高与婴儿湿疹的关系

目的 探讨脐血嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(eosinophil cationic protein,ECP)与婴儿湿疹的相关性,为预防婴幼儿早期过敏提供依据。方法 选取在本院产科登记、检查并分娩的健康孕妇及婴儿146例,分娩时检测脐血ECP含量,在婴儿出生后第6周、3个月、6个月时,通过门诊及电话随访婴儿湿疹的发生情况,探讨脐血中的ECP指标含量与婴儿湿疹之间的相关性。 结果 脐血ECP含量与婴儿出生后第6周、3个月、6个月湿疹发生具有明显相关性(P<0.01)。结论 脐血ECP含量可以作为预测婴儿出生后早期过敏性疾病发生的参考指标。

Relations of Cord Blood Eosinophil Cationic Protein And Infantile Eczema

Objective To study the relativity between cord blood eosinophil cationic protein (ECP) and infantile eczema, so as to provide ground for the prevention of infantile eczema. Methods 146 healthy pregnant women who preceded the registration, prenatal examination and delivery in our hospital and their infants were selected. The contents of cord blood ECP were tested during the childbirth. At the time of 6 week, 3 month and 6 month after the infants were born, the occurrence of infant eczema was investigated through out-patient clinic and telephone follow-up. Results There were significant correlation (P<0.01) between the content of cord blood ECP and the occurrence of infantile eczema. Conclusion The content of cord blood ECP can be used as a referenced index for the prediction of early allergic disease after the infant were born.
